About this Drawer

Alaskan and Canadian butterfly specimens from multiple collection localities and decades. These specimens were transferred (by Ken Philip) from spreading boards; the white strips of paper have locality information written on them along with his Alaska Lepidoptera Survey numbers to track the day and place where specimens were collected. The strips of paper were used to cover the wings of the specimens while they were drying on the boards.
